Kimbridge Barn, a rustic haven is the perfect blend of a charming cosy cafe and tea room with an award-winning wedding/events venue, set on the outskirts of Romsey.

We are renowned within the Community for delivering events which bring people together with delicious food and warm and welcoming service. Our events range from weddings, to outdoor cinemas and not forgetting our famous social events, where we turn the place from a barn into a cool Bar with a DJ and dancers!

How we define success for a General Manager:

  • A highly motivated and happy team, we believe our customer feedback goes hand in hand with the happiness of our people, but it takes an art to create this with a flexible work force, visible, out in front leadership across different shifts makes it happen
  • Feedback scores across multiple channels which show consistency in a raised level of service, and pro-active action towards addressing trends which tell us change in approach is needed
  • Highly confident in understanding the numbers and reacting to changes in business levels to protect the financial outcomes
  • Pro-active in seeking out opportunities which will raise our profile within the Community through events and partnerships, our regulars know you by name and have confidence that you will ensure the venue is run well
  • Build a strong sense of collaboration with the other venues across the group and bring fresh and new ideas to the table others can learn from
