A garden centre in the UK is seeking a Team Leader to ensure exceptional customer service and mentor staff. Responsibilities include team supervision, maintaining standards in the plant area, and managing day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-centric attitude, and a commitment to company policies and safety standards. This full-time position includes weekend work and offers benefits such as onsite parking and staff discounts.
Full Time 30 Hours Per Week – Including Weekends
As one of our Team Leaders, your role will include providing great customer service, along with supporting the Manager and mentoring our retail customer advisors, ensuring all our customers receive a positive experience once they set foot in the department.
You will be working across the Centre being involved with planning and building all our seasonal changes.
You will have a positive “can do” attitude and be a skilled Supervisor driving the team through great standards and exemplary customer service
Responsible for the efficient operation of a quality service operation through supervisory and administrative work in the till department. Must be fully flexible with weekend working. Will include early and late working shifts.
