Overview

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of software engineering experience
• Extensive experience with a statically typed language (C#, Java, Go etc)
• Experience with any other programming language
• Extensive experience with either SQL or noSQL databases, and working knowledge of the other
• Experience designing REST APIs
• Working knowledge of DevOps (cloud deployment, docker, K8 etc)
• Dedication, independence, and personal responsibility
• Clear communication

The Following Is a Bonus

• Deep knowledge of LLMs
• Anything to do with computer generated voice and conversations
• Soft real time systems (anything that might help with real time conversations)
• AWS
• Compliance and Security best practices

• C# full stack (we will re-evaluate this stack when the company is more mature)

Your Responsibilities

• You will develop new and maintain existing product features
• Expect lots of third party integrations
• Features will likely cover the whole stack with a heavy focus on backend.
• You may be asked to help with prompt engineering
• You may be asked to help with research and development of AI voice technologies
• We expect someone extremely pro-active: you won't be micromanaged; you will need to self-manage!
