Qualifications

• Proven experience in demand/production planning in FMCG/food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of planning cycle including forecast and supply plan.
• Advanced Excel skills needed for data analysis and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts.
• Collaborate with teams to align forecasts with business objectives.
• Lead monthly Demand Reviews to drive consensus-based forecasts.

Skills

Demand/Production planning experience in FMCG/food manufacturing

Strong working knowledge of the end-to-end planning cycle

Confident with KPIs such as forecast accuracy

Advanced Excel skills

Experience using ERP/planning systems

Strong stakeholder management

Commercial awareness

Organised and detail-oriented
