A family-owned construction firm in Nottingham seeks a Framework Bid Manager to lead strategic and commercial direction of bids. We are looking to recruit a Framework Bid Manager to play a leading role within Stepnell’s expanding work-winning function. You will drive the strategic, technical and commercial direction of framework bids across the full lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity to join us as we continue to build and strengthen our dedicated Framework Team, enhancing capability across national and regional frameworks. This role suits a confident, collaborative leader who thrives on guiding multidisciplinary teams, shaping compelling solutions and delivering high-quality, compliant submissions.
You’ll work from one as part of our regional offices: Eastleigh, Bristol, Rugby, Liverpool or Nottingham, supporting our national framework efforts.
