What is the role?
You will be the primary contact for all incoming correspondence, managing emails, post, and the phone line. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting kit orders, sending registers to staff and schools, keeping records, producing reports, and handling paperwork and filing. You will also support with general finance duties like drawing up purchase purchase orders and invoices.
