Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and support the processing team during your shift.
• Production Oversight: Ensure targets are met while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Doughnut Preparation: Mix, decorate, fill, and box fresh doughnuts to specification.
• Food Safety & Hygiene: Maintain top-tier food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Operational Collaboration: Collaborate with managers to improve daily operations and shift handovers.
• Training & Development: Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
