About the Role

Food & Beverage Attendant | Blackburn Hotel

The Blackburn Hotel is on the lookout for energetic, customer-focused superstars to join our front‑of‑house team. If you love people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy creating great experiences for guests, we want to hear from you.

A day in the life of a F&B Attendant:
  • Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.
  • Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.
  • Deliver top‑notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
  • From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky‑high and the experience is one to remember.
  • Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able.
Inherent requirements:
  • This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
About you:
  • You enjoy interacting with guests and building rapport. Take pride in yourpresentation and professionalism, stay calm under pressure and think on your feet.
  • You want to grow your hospitality career in a supportive venue, and most of all, with people who like to have fun while they work!
  • You have a current RSA certificateand be willing to obtain a gaming licence and RSG Modules. Experience is not required, but is a bonus!
  • You haveflexible availabilitywith a mix of day, night & weekend shift.
