Qualifications

  • Candidates must hold a degree in Health Visiting or be on a current SCPHN Health Visiting course.
  • Experience in safeguarding and multi-agency working is preferable.
  • The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a defined caseload to improve health outcomes and reduce inequalities.
  • Facilitate group and community work to address health needs with a multi-agency team.
  • Contribute to public health initiatives in line with government standards.
