Hours of work: 0-40 hours per week / Available to work some weekends.

You will work alongside a team to ensure cleanliness throughout guest and hotel premises while maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction and efficiency in collaboration with the Head Housekeeper.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment and checking the quality of rooms.
  • Organising staff rotas.
  • Working closely with the supervisory team to support the Head Housekeeper.
  • Supporting the housekeeping team with ongoing training and development.
  • Maintaining the standards set by HotelCare and our client at all times.
  • Meeting daily targets.
  • Complying with all company health and safety policies and recording any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.

Experience

  • Prior supervisory experience in hospitality, specifically in housekeeping or related areas.
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and team coordination skills.
