This role offers a fully funded Level 3 Transport Supervisor apprenticeship, ideal for those looking to grow in logistics or fleet management. Qualifications

• Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive communicator enjoying teamwork.
• Transport or logistics experience is a plus but full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Keep driver and training records up to date.
• Coordinate CPC, Plant, FLT & HIAB training.
• Support branches with fleet administration and transport queries.
• Manage vehicle compliance including defects and servicing.
• Maintain fleet schedules and insurance.
• Monitor driver behaviour and support efficiency improvements.
• Investigate vehicle accidents and prepare reports.
• Review Tacho infringements and produce monthly reports.
• Assist with agency drivers and hire vehicle handling.
