Responsibilities

• Provide personalised fitness assessments, consultations, and training sessions to assist guests in setting and achieving their fitness goals
• Monitor and assist guests in the safe and proper use of fitness equipment, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and best practices
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitness facilities, including equipment, studios, and locker rooms
• Educate guests on the importance of proper nutrition, hydration, and recovery to support their fitness journey
• Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and industry developments to continuously enhance the guest experience

Requirements

• Certified fitness instructor or personal trainer with recognized qualifications
• Previous experience in leading fitness classes and providing personal training sessions, preferably in a hospitality or fitness centre environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire guests
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by class schedules and business needs
