Qualifications

  • Experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and EBITDA.
  • Confident managing deadlines and able to influence senior stakeholders.

We’re looking for a talented Financial Analyst to join our Central Support Office team and play a key role in driving commercial performance across our existing and future hotel portfolio. You’ll lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling across a dynamic, multi‑site environment — producing clear, actionable insights that help senior leaders make smart, strategic decisions.

We build and operate exceptional properties across the UK, including:

  • 🌟 The Grand Hotel, York
  • 🏨 The UK’s first Four Points Flex by Sheraton, London Euston
  • 🏥 3 care homes in Sussex

🔍 The Role
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling across the Group
  • Produce accurate, insightful monthly performance packs and variance analysis
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to drive an “Act on Fact” culture
  • Analyse KPIs and commercial performance drivers across hotels
  • Support capex planning and strategic decision‑making
  • Continuously improve reporting, data tools, and processes
  • Build strong relationships across Operations and Finance
  • Experienced in financial analysis, FP&A, or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and EBITDA
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
  • Analytical, detail‑focused, and confident managing deadlines
  • Able to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
  • Part/fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent
  • Hospitality or multi‑site background
  • Experience with ERP/BI tools (SAP, Oracle, Power BI)
