Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of financial & accounting procedures is essential.
• A sound understanding of current developments in financial reporting standards, including IFRS.
• Experience of the NHS accounting regime and working through organisational changes.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing monthly financial accounts including month-end close-downs.
• Liaising with Internal and External Auditors.
• Managing the Financial Accounts Team and conducting performance reviews.

Skills

Expert knowledge of financial & accounting procedures

Advanced level Excel (pivot, lookups)

Education

Qualified Accountant
