Job summary

A leading wealth management platform provider in the UK seeks a Head of Finance Systems & Data Management to spearhead the design and delivery of their finance systems and data strategy. In this pivotal senior role, you will ensure compliance, oversee system implementations, and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and data integrity across Finance. This includes managing regulatory requirements and providing strategic guidance to the CFO and leadership team. The ideal candidate brings 12-15+ years of experience in finance systems and transformation roles.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of progressive experience across Finance, systems, or transformation roles.
• Proven track record of leading Finance systems and data transformation.
• Hands-on experience with modern data/reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Finance systems and data strategy agenda.
• Act as Finance’s owner of ERP, EPM, consolidation, and reporting tools.
• Redesign and simplify core Finance processes to drive efficiency.
