Keepmoat Homes is a fast‑growing top 10 UK housebuilder that designs and builds quality homes, creating places where people want to live. We transform communities, hiring local suppliers and works closely with local communities to make sure our plans meet their needs.

Main Purpose of the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to join us in our brand‑new region, based from the office in Bristol. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to strong financial controls by providing financial management information to support decision making and future forecasting. They will be an active member of the regional team and viewed as a trusted financial expert and business partner.

Key Accountabilities
  • Produce accurate and timely management accounts and forecasts
  • Provide regular updates and identify risks
  • Prepare monthly profit and cash forecasts
  • Provide clear reporting on sales prices and costs to underpin the regional culture of maximising individual site profitability and supporting balanced margin profit recognition
  • Develop best‑practice procedures and reporting, working with key stakeholders in the business
HS&S Responsibilities

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

We are looking for someone operating at Finance Manager level who embodies our Keepmoat values – a straightforward communicator at all levels, able to translate financial information to a variety of stakeholders. They will be creative, able to think strategically, work under pressure to deadlines, and passionate about presenting accurate and timely financial information to enable the business to achieve its targets. They will be collaborative, able to lead and develop a motivated regional finance function.

Qualifications
  • Qualified accountant or close to finishing their qualification
  • Experience delivering timely, accurate and concise reporting, along with budgeting, cost control and management reporting
  • Experience in a similar role within housebuilding highly desirable
  • Experience leading a finance team
