Here’s how you’ll power our business as a Finance Assistant

Reporting to the FinanceManager, youwillbe responsible forraising POsin accordance withthe Delegation of Authority, goods receipting the PO when the goods or services are completed andforwardinginvoices to Syston to be matched to the PO and passed for payment.

Here’swhatyou’llbe doing

• To manage and raisePO’sfor supplier orders.
• To match delivery notes to PO’s and GRN.
• To assistin monthly information for Management Accounts to strict deadlines.
• To prepare reports on Management Information asrequired,
• To cover for other team members where possible for holiday cover.
• Manage approvals in line with the delegation of authorities.
