  • Support direct debit management and related reporting.

  • Process daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with cashflow updates and invoice processing
  • Support administration and credit control tasks
  • Manage employee records, including starters and leavers
  • Reconcile purchase ledger accounts and assist with payment runs
  • Code and process credit card transactions and other financial adjustments
  • Support direct debit management and related reporting
  • Provide general administrative and finance support, covering team tasks as required
Skills & Experience
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong teamwork ethic and ability to build positive working relationships
