Job summary

A growing field marketing company in Lincoln is seeking a Field Merchandiser for a flexible role that offers zero-hour contracts. You will visit retail outlets to merchandise stock according to planograms and maintain relationships with store managers. Ideal candidates will have retail experience, good time management skills, and access to a vehicle with a valid driving license. This role allows you to manage your working hours around other commitments with a salary of £12.40 per hour.

Inspire Field Marketing is a rapidly growing and successful Field Marketing company. Due to an increase in business we need to expand our current UK wide workforce.

The Role

As a Field Merchandiser across the LN5 Postcode area(s), you will be required to visit retail outlets on an adhoc basis as driven by our customer requirements.

• You will merchandise new stock in line with planograms to maximize sales exposure.
• You will be expected to maintain and build new relationships within retail stores and review in‑store stock levels to ensure stock availability to customers.
• Whilst in store you will be required to capture information by taking photographs and logging information via applications on a smart phone or tablet.
• Although some key accounts offer regular hours in‑store weekly you will also be offered additional tactical work on an adhoc basis.

Skills & Experience Needed

The ideal candidate will already be working as a Field Merchandiser and looking to build on their current hours. You would also have:

• Retail experience.
• Good time management skills.
• Experience of working to planogram.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Be able to work individually with remote management.
• Access to your own vehicle and a valid UK driving licence.

This is a zero-hour contract role and hours are flexible to fit around any commitments you currently have. The successful candidate will be able to manage their diary, though store visits must be completed within a set time frame.
