A healthcare service provider in the United Kingdom is seeking support workers to join their care team. You will provide person-centred care to a young lady with cerebral palsy within her family home, assisting with daily activities and therapeutic sessions. This full-time, permanent role requires flexibility in shifts, covering days, nights, weekdays, and weekends. Benefits include 5.6 weeks paid annual leave pro rata, fully funded training, and ongoing professional support.
This is a great opportunity for support workers to join our bespoke care team, providing person‑centred care to a young lady with physical and communication difficulties due to cerebral palsy within a family home. The role involves providing full care, supporting on day trips, hydrotherapy at home and therapeutic activities overseen by her Music Therapist, Occupational Therapist and Speech and Language Therapist. There is an opportunity to make the job your own in accordance with your unique strengths and abilities.
The successful candidates will be welcomed to our small established team, providing care on a rota basis with shifts covering days, nights, weekdays and weekends.
Day shifts: 8am – 8pm
Waking night shifts: 8pm – 8am
Flexibility is key as exact hours may vary depending on client need.
Weekday rates: £13.80 per hour
