Female Care Assistant – Hove (Full‑time, 40 hours)

Pay: £12.60 per hour
Hours: Typically 7:00am – 2:30pm or 2:30pm – 10:00pm
Location: Hove
Contract: Full‑time (40 hours)

Role Overview

Provide person‑centred home care to adults in Hove, including personal care, medication prompts, meal preparation, companionship and support with mobility.

What You’ll Do
  • Personal care (washing, dressing, continence)
  • Medication prompts and record‑keeping
  • Meal prep, hydration and nutrition support
  • Moving & handling (with training and equipment)
  • Companionship and wellbeing checks
  • Electronic care records, safeguarding and escalation
Requirements
  • Female‑only: genuine occupational requirement for certain packages (Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9)
  • Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship)
  • Enhanced DBS
  • Drivers and non‑drivers welcome; free bus pass or 40p/mile mileage
  • Free bus pass or mileage reimbursement
  • Paid training and ongoing support
  • Continuity encouraged (same hours each day)
