The firm is now looking to strengthen its Family Department in Huddersfield with the addition of a Solicitor to manage a varied caseload, including divorce, private children matters, non-molestation orders and financial relief proceedings.

What truly distinguishes this firm is its people-first ethos. It is widely recognised for delivering high-quality legal services with compassion, integrity and a strong commitment to social justice. Much of the work undertaken is genuinely life-changing, particularly in complex and sensitive cases.

Strong Values

Integrity, empathy and professionalism underpin everything the firm does, both internally and in its approach to clients.

Clear Development Opportunities

The firm invests in its people from day one, offering clear progression routes, early responsibility and a forward-thinking approach to training and support.

  • Familiarity with TOLATA cases is advantageous
  • Strong client care skills and excellent drafting ability
  • Confident in legal aid processes and billing requirements
  • Ability to supervise other fee earners and meet LAA supervisor criteria
  • Commercial awareness and an interest in business development is desirable
What's on Offer?

  • Hybrid working and flexible hours to support work-life balance
  • 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing with service)
  • An additional day off for your birthday
  • Two annual "Life Admin" half-days
  • Private healthcare scheme
  • Twice-yearly discretionary bonuses
  • Company pension scheme
