A prestigious educational institution in London seeks exceptional Associate Lecturers/Lecturers for its Innovate Summer Academy in Summer 2026. The role involves teaching core modules, mentoring students, and guiding research projects. Candidates must possess a PhD in a relevant discipline and experience in university-level teaching. This fixed-term position pays £50 per hour and accommodates meals during contracted periods.
Innovate Summer Academy is a premium, academically rigorous pre‑university summer programme hosted on the University College London (UCL) Bloomsbury campus. The programme offers intensive two‑week academic accelerator courses for high‑achieving students aged 15–18, combining university‑style teaching, small class sizes, experiential learning, and close academic mentoring.
We are seeking exceptional Associate Lecturers / Lecturers (Adjunct Faculty) to join the Innovate Summer Academy for Summer 2026. Faculty members are expected to teach across all core modules within their assigned faculty, delivering a coherent, integrated academic experience. In addition, faculty play a central role in supervising applied and capstone projects, mentoring students, and supporting progression to competitive undergraduate pathways.
Final module allocation will depend on faculty expertise, programme timetabling, and student cohort needs.

Contract Type: Fixed‑term (Summer 2026)
Faculty may be contracted for one or multiple terms.
Rate of pay - £50ph (3–6 hours per day)
