We’re a global team of experts who partner with our customers to bring their products to life through inspired innovation and world-class customer service.Whether you’re looking to start, change, or advance your career find your path at Plexus and leave your mark on the world with us.****Purpose Statement:****Responsible for the operation and maintenance of all facility systems and equipment to ensure that the facility is able to support all facets of production and production-related operations.****Key Job Accountabilities:***** Fabricate machinery support equipment as needed in support of manufacturing process needs, including welded racking, support bracing and material handling items.* Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility systems such as electrical, HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and more. Install necessary hardware and utilize continuous improvement tools to promote efficient manufacturing processes.* Lead and document preventive maintenance on all facility systems and equipment to proactively identify risks and ensure optimal performance.* Collaborate with the equipment support team to effectively install, remove, and reconfigure facility resources for production equipment, meeting manufacturing, industry, and customer requirements.* Provide guidance and support to external contractors conducting facility and equipment repairs, ensuring effective working relationships and efficient task completion.****Education/Experience Qualifications:***** A minimum of a High School Diploma/GED is required.* Five (5) years of related experience is required; Seven (7) or more years of related experience is preferred.
