Install necessary hardware and utilize continuous improvement tools to promote efficient manufacturing processes.* Lead and document preventive maintenance on all facility systems and equipment to proactively identify risks and ensure optimal performance.* Collaborate with the equipment support team to effectively install, remove, and reconfigure facility resources for production equipment, meeting manufacturing, industry, and customer requirements.* Provide guidance and support to external contractors conducting facility and equipment repairs, ensuring effective working relationships and efficient task completion.****Education/Experience Qualifications:***** A minimum of a High School Diploma/GED is required.* Five (5) years of related experience is required; Seven (7) or more years of related experience is preferred.
