Job summary

A leading additive manufacturing company based in Huddersfield is seeking a Facilities and HSE Manager to oversee compliance with health and safety regulations across multiple sites. The role requires a keen attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities. Key responsibilities include developing safety policies, conducting risk assessments, maintaining facility standards, and managing a team. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in health and safety qualifications and experience in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • IOSH Level 6 Diploma in OSH Leadership and Management or NEBOSH Diploma.
  • Experience with HSE regulations such as COSHH, REACH, and DSEAR.
  • Experience with hazardous materials handling and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement health and safety policies.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits.
  • Provide training on health and safety practices.
  • Investigate incidents to recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of health and safety activities.
  • Ensure optimal maintenance of facility infrastructure.

Skills

Health & Safety qualification (e.g., IOSH Level 6 Diploma)
