Job summary

A leading compliance firm in Glasgow is seeking a Compliance & Facilities Co-ordinator to ensure ISO 9001 standards and manage day-to-day operations. The role requires over 3 years of experience in compliance or facilities management, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience with ISO audits. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and passionate about maintaining high standards. This is a full-time hybrid position offering a chance to enhance compliance processes and drive Health & Safety practices.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in compliance, auditing, or facilities management.
  • Hands-on experience with ISO 9001 audits and implementation.
  • Strong eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • NEBOSH or IOSH qualification (preferred).

We’re looking for a Compliance & Facilities Co‑ordinator who thrives on structure, precision, and continuous improvement.

You’ll take ownership of ISO 9001 standards, internal audits, and the day‑to‑day running of our site, ensuring every system, process, and fix meets the highest standard. If you love spotting inefficiencies and turning them into smooth, compliant solutions — this role’s for you.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead ISO 9001 compliance and support wider ISO frameworks (27001, 22301, 14001, 45001).
  • Plan and deliver internal audits, ensuring processes meet policy and regulatory requirements.
