Export Freight Co‑Ordinator – London branch

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in handling export operations, groupage movements, and providing excellent customer service within a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Data entry, booking collections and preparing shipments for export
• Communicating with customers regarding bookings and job queries
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
• Co‑ordinating export groupage and full‑load movements
• Providing transport partners with accurate collection/delivery details
• Monitoring incoming emails and flagging potential issues
• Supporting customs processes and assisting with loading (late finish once per week)
• General ad‑hoc duties as required by the Operations team

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 years experience in groupage shipping
• Strong knowledge of exports and customs procedures
• Able to work to deadlines with good planning skills
• Computer literate and confident using operational systems
