Ambrose Avenue Group Practice are looking for an experienced practice nurse to join our dedicated team, on a full time basis, and help us to enhance patient care. In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse and highly skilled team of both clinical and non-clinical professionals, all committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred, holistic nursing care.
As an autonomous practitioner, you will take full responsibility for the care you provide, utilizing your critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills to ensure optimal patient outcomes. We expect you to collaborate effectively with the team to meet patient needs while upholding the highest standards of care and adhering to established policies and procedures.

Ambrose Avenue Group Practice is a friendly, long-established, award-winning, progressive GP practice. We are based over two surgery sites within 10 minutes of each other, serving the population of Stanway and Prettygate in Colchester, Essex. We are a training practice and offer services to a population of over 14,000 patients.
We hold monthly meetings and training sessions and have a diverse team of clinicians, including first contact physio, pharmacists, ANP/NP, care coordinator, social prescriber, health coach, GP assistant and an award-winning team of mental health workers.
