ABOUT JOB

We are searching for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our C‑Suite leaders where you will have an active opportunity to connect, problem solve, advise and be a conduit between the CEO and a diverse group of stakeholders including educators, external contractors, families, and many others.

About the role:

You will play an important part in managing schedules and ensuring seamless communication across internal and external stakeholders, provide high‑level support across key cross‑functional projects:

  • Partner with C‑suite leaders to support strategic and operational priorities across the Group
  • Act as a trusted advisor, representing the CEO across internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate high‑level communications, briefing materials, and involvement in key projects
  • Maintain systems, processes and rhythms that ensure the business operates smoothly
  • Plan and execute group events, and key business meetings
  • Serve as an early identifier of issues, risks, priorities and opportunities
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism, discretion and sound judgement.
  • Support strategic projects with strong administrative oversight and ensure follow‑up actions are completed.
  • Ensure alignment between the CEO’s focus areas and broader organisational objectives
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives in a large, fast‑paced organisation
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines, stakeholders and priorities
  • Exceptional written communication skills and a knack for crafting high‑quality decks and presentations
  • Confident partnering with senior leaders and navigating complex stakeholder environments
  • Strong proficiency with modern office and collaboration systems, with the ability to learn new tools quickly
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction and guidance
  • Demonstrated ability to build, influence and develop strong trusting relationships
  • A professional and mature approach as well as immaculate presentation
