We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive team based in the United Kingdom.
This role requires excellent organisational skills, a high level of discretion, the ability to manage multiple competing priorities across time zones and a good ability to leverage various digital tools to make the individual efficient.
The ideal candidate will serve as a central coordination point, managing complex calendars, organising meetings, organising travel where required, supporting event planning and logistics and handling administrative tasks. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision are essential.
