A prestigious educational institution is seeking an efficient Examinations and Administration Assistant in Colchester. This part-time role involves supporting the administration of internal and external examinations, assisting the Data and Examinations Manager, and providing office support. Examinations and Administration Assistant
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday - 0800 to 1600
Term time only plus non‑pupil days and 10 days summer holiday working

An opportunity has arisen for an efficient and conscientious Examinations and Administration Assistant to provide support to the Data and Examinations Manager.
The role will involve supporting the administration and organisation of the efficient running of all our external and internal examinations including 11+ examinations. In addition, the role is to provide support with the administration within the Main Office.
Candidates should have excellent ICT, telephone, verbal and written skills and have experience of working in a busy environment. You will need to enjoy working with young people, be flexible, have a positive approach and be able to manage your time to meet deadlines. The successful applicant will also be a committed team player with strong administrative and interpersonal skills.
A working knowledge of a school environment, policies and procedures would be a distinct advantage. Knowledge of examination processes within a school setting is desirable but not essential.
