We are specialists in the technology sector. We create incredible live brand experiences – the sort that really make a difference. Experiential marketing campaigns, product launches, conferences, incentive programmes, exhibitions, VIP experiences, store launches, hospitality programmes, digital campaigns, brand films, internal communications programmes and much more.

We’re looking for a highly organised, collaborative, and detail focused Project Coordinator to join our growing Production team.

  • Coordinating crew logistics — including contracting freelancers, managing paperwork, and arranging travel and accommodation.
  • Preparing and distributing crew joining instructions.
  • Assisting with client proposals, venue searches, speaker sourcing, and entertainment requests.
  • Anticipating potential challenges and proactively providing solutions.
  • Ensuring compliance with Nteractive’s project management processes and information security standards.
  • Work with Heads of Departments to support with department admin and contracting.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritise tasks across multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
  • Confident in Excel, PowerPoint, and general ICT tools.
  • Positive, proactive, and collaborative approach to problem solving.

Why you'll love working here

  • Work with some of the world’s leading technology and lifestyle brands on high profile global events.
  • Join a genuinely supportive and collaborative culture.
  • Opportunities to learn, grow, and progress your career in events.
  • A varied and exciting role that offers international travel opportunities.

Benefits

  • Annual leave – 33 days including Bank Holidays.
  • Summer Hours.
  • Pension (5% employee, 3% employer).
  • Wellbeing & Inclusion Initiatives including access to an EAP.
  • Enhanced Maternity and Adoption Pay.
  • Rewards & Recognition incentives.
  • Volunteering Day.
  • Private Medical Insurance & Cash Plan.
  • Generous Talent Referral Scheme.
  • Life Insurance.
  • Birthday vouchers.
  • Eyecare vouchers.

Other Requirements

  • Hybrid based role with need to travel to our Staines office (near Heathrow) 1-2 days a week.
  • Quiet home working environment with minimum 25MB download / 2MB upload broadband speed.
  • Ability to travel internationally for 20–30% of your working time.
