What you’ll do
  • Assist the Events Operations Manager in leading and coaching the Events team to provide service excellence across the 240 acres of parkland, delivering luxury food and beverage service to guests in rooms, at social or corporate events, or on the property.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the Events and Operations departments throughout the day to deliver the best guest experience.
  • Live our values of personality, passion, respect, working together and creativity in daily actions.
  • Coordinate and plan for each guest’s stay, researching and communicating with all departments to create a memorable experience.
  • Communicate with other departments and the extended hotel team to ensure alignment.
  • Oversee staff welfare and morale, conduct annual performance reviews and training for the team.
What you’ll bring

  • Strong sense of individuality, teamwork, and a commitment to our hotel and collection.
  • Deep understanding of guest needs, valuing kindness over procedure.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in a luxury 5‑star hotel.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
