Overview

The Balmoral is located at Edinburgh’s most prestigious address, No. 1 Princes Street, where the Old Town stops and the New Town begins. Responsibilities

• Cooperate well with colleagues in own team and across departments
• Ensure that all in-house events and meetings run seamlessly - from weddings, dinners, and cocktail parties to conferences and press junkets
• Tailor your approach so that high quality results are achieved
• Deliver discreet, understated and timely service, going that extra mile
• Be knowledgeable of the hotel, our facilities and local area
• Take ownership of performing the job well in line with the departmental standards
