A global pet food company in Greater London is looking for a European eCommerce Customer Marketing Specialist. This role focuses on executing brand activation strategies and working closely with the Customer Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates will have experience in marketing and ecommerce, a passionate drive for digital, and a proven ability to build collaborative relationships. The position includes responsibilities for promotional activities and marketing asset delivery.
Job Description:
The European eCommerce Customer Marketing Specialist supports Royal Canin’s brand growth ambitions by executing brand activation strategies and marketing plans. This role reports and works closely with the Customer Marketing Manager and cross‑functional teams to deliver digital marketing assets, coordinate promotional activities, and support portfolio and innovation initiatives.
You have experience in marketing, ecommerce, digital or customer marketing.
You are ideally currently working in marketing/brand marketing/sales on supplier or retailer side.
You are passionate about Digital and eCommerce.
You enjoy working in a fast‑paced, dynamic,ional, and changing environment.
You have a proven track record of building collaborative relationship with customers/stakeholders.
You are evaluative and proactive, assessing campaign performance, staying current with marketing trends, and recommending optimisations.
You demonstrate a commitment to self‑development and are comfortable exploring new ideas and approaches to drive results.
You will be required прир travel 15% of the time each year.
