Job summary

A community organization in Leeds seeks an Equality Equity Diversity and Inclusion (EEDI) Worker to empower underrepresented groups and shape inclusive services. The ideal candidate will be passionate about equality, great at listening to community voices, and proactive in relationship-building. Responsibilities include supporting local people, building partnerships, and leading initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion.
