Here at the Lauriston Swim School, our Learn to Swim instructorsare responsible for delivering structured in water classes forchildren aged 4-15 years old, focusing on water safety and strokedevelopment.
To be successful in the role, you will have the followingexperience and qualifications:
First Aid qualifications are looked upon favourably, but notessential.

You would be able to complete your AUSTSWIM observational hourshere at the Lauriston pool, with a high prospect for ongoingemployment.
Our Aquatic Centre rules require employees to be a minimum 17years of age as a Learn to Swim Teacher.
Pool Lifeguards
The Pool Lifeguard is responsible for supervising the safety ofpatrons in the pool area as well as identifying and responding topotential risks and taking appropriate action to reduce thoserisks.
To be successful in the role, you will have the followingexperience and qualifications:
Our Aquatic Centre rules require employees to be a minimum 18years of age as a Pool Lifeguard.
Both roles require an Employee Working with ChildrenCheck.
