Responsibilities

• Line manage and motivate a team of software engineers and developers
• Delegate and oversee development tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance team culture
• Provide regular feedback, coaching, and career development support
• Develop effective working relationships with members of the wider IT teams, ensuring efficient support of business priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of software development experience, with 2+ years in a leadership/management role
• Proficiency in .NET Core, C# and SQL
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps)
• Experience of working and leading in an Agile/squad environment
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and version control (Git)
