We’re looking for a strong, delivery-focused Engineering Manager with a sharp product mindset and the ability to guide engineers in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. The ideal candidate combines technical depth with excellent people leadership, ensuring both high-quality engineering output and strong collaboration with product managers.
At Flawless, our interview process is designed to help you show your best self. We’ll discuss past projects and simulate working together. The process includes three rounds with some casual Zoom (or in-person) coffee in between to get to know each other:
