You will be instrumental in evolving our core technology to power the next generation of developer security tools, including our AI-powered remediation capabilities.**You’ll Spend Your Time:*** You’ll be accountable for co-developing the team roadmap and supporting technical direction ultimately.* Drive the team’s successful delivery of the sprint, quarterly plan, and long term goals. Track plan progression and identify gaps and future requirements. Communicate status and course correction suggestions.* Establish clear goals and KPIs for individuals and the team, provide ongoing coaching, and implement processes to enable forward movement of the team.* You will be accountable for ensuring new team members are onboarded, effectively contributing to the expected level + supporting existing team members to do their best work.* People - you’ll be responsible for the hiring of any new members in your team, onboarding and training great engineers. You’ll be involved in career development, pay, promotion and performance reviews.* Processes - you’ll help the team learn, adapt and improve upon agile and lean methodologies. You’ll help the teams understand and maintain a balance between delivery speed and product quality. You’ll be responsible for the team’s on-call process and rota, and be a point of escalation for incidents.* Projects - you’ll be a key part of applying our Product Led Growth practices to identify, measure and constantly improve our platform through experimentation.* At Snyk, each team is composed of an Engineering Manager (that's you!), several Engineers. Additionally, the team regularly collaborates with our group Architect and our group Product Manager, who provide support to multiple teams.
