Job summary

A leading engineering firm in the East Midlands is seeking a Competency Acquisition Lead to support the implementation of its Engineering Competency Strategy. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the engineering team has the necessary skills for successful project execution. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in engineering programmes, interpersonal skills, and the ability to track and improve competency metrics. This role offers a salary between £48,000 - £62,500 plus performance bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications
