Working alongside the Fleet Engineer, you will be responsible for performing general office tasks and the daily collection and distribution of both personal and engineering related data.**Your Duties and Responsibilities:**· Consolidate and report on fuel usage· Distribution of vehicle maintenance schedule documents on our new EAMS system· Upkeep of personal employment records while observing GDPR protocols· Completion and relaying of working hours and wages information· Produce letters, memorandums, and safety bulletins· Updating service, cleaning and KPI information· Compile, send and receive emails to Company and outside parties· Post job adverts, set up interviews and assist with other aspects of recruitment **Training and Qualifications:**You should ideally be able to show experience in the following:· Work competently with spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel· Work competently with Microsoft Word· Ability to work with computer database software packages, electronic and paper filing systems**What we offer you:**· Competitive rate of pay £13.99 p/hr· Free bus travel for up to 2 bus passes (conditions apply)· Company pension scheme· Company sick pay (after qualifying period)· 33 days holiday including public holidays· Additional yearly attendance holiday scheme· Uniform and training on business specific systems provided**Hours of work:**· 5 days Monday to Friday· 40 hours per week Stagecoach workplace culture is one where everyone can be themselves and where all the differences our people bring to the business are celebrated.
