Qualifications

• Design, develop, and support the personal computing environment including physical and virtual desktop infrastructure.
• Lead the packaging, deployment, and maintenance of software using Microsoft Configuration Manager and Intune.
• Configure and maintain endpoint protection settings ensuring devices remain compliant and secure.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support enterprise-level desktop services for all campuses.
• Provide third-line support, diagnosing and resolving complex computing issues.

Skills

Experience in designing, deploying, and managing enterprise desktop environments

Practical experience with Microsoft Intune

Experience configuring and managing endpoint protection features

Education

Degree in IT or related field or equivalent professional experience
