Responsibilities

• Take ownership for the entirety of the customers' journey.
• Receive and process customers' initial inquiries.
• Book surveyor site visits.
• Ensure all tasks are completed within the regulator defined timelines.
• Resolve and act as the sole contact for all customer issues.
