Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Deliver timely ER advice and guidance to managers.
  • Coach and support managers in ER capability development.
  • Collaborate with People Partners to resolve ER cases.
  • Identify trends to implement upskilling sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records of case management.
  • Respond to mailbox inquiries in a timely manner.
