Qualifications

• Must have valid Smart Metering (Dual Fuel) experience.
• Hold industry qualifications: CMA1/CCN1 + MET1 or equivalent.
• Certificate in Power (Logic or equivalent) is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Participate in various metering activities focused on positive customer outcomes.
• Safely install, exchange, commission, and maintain metering systems.
• Undertake Debt Resolution Visits to assist customers with managing their debt.

Overview

We’re looking for talented and ambitious engineers to join our rapidly growing business. We have a unique and exciting opportunity for passionate and motivated individuals to join our journey to grow our field gas and electric metering capability.

The Elite Transient Dual Fuel role sees team members working in various locations across the UK, traveling three weeks out of four. Travel is allocated on a Sunday, a 40 hour week Monday – Thursday with travel home on a Friday. Travel time is paid along with a daily sustenance allowance of £25.

Location: East Anglia CB, CM, CO, IP, NR, and PE Postcodes Only. Compensation: £44,805 per year. Hours: Working away - 3 weeks out of 4. 40 hours; Travel times as described.

Responsibilities

• A ‘can-do’ attitude, participate in a variety of field metering activities focused on positive customer outcomes
• Responsible for the safe installation, exchange, commission, removal and ongoing maintenance of metering systems and associated equipment and communication systems
• Undertake Debt Resolution Visits with the aim to fit a Smart Meter to help customers manage their debt
• Undertaking Warrant Officer visits to recover debt
