Full‑time, Permanent – Salary £45k to £70k (including overtime, benefits). Location: Northwest based, working nationwide across the UK.

Role Summary

We are looking for an Electrical Testing & Inspection Engineer to join our Electrical Testing Department. The role involves inspecting commercial electrical installations, liaising with the Testing Manager, and supporting a variety of innovative projects across the UK.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform electrical testing and inspections on commercial installations.
• Prepare detailed written reports and documentation.
• Liaise with the Testing Manager and project teams to manage inspection schedules.
• Travel throughout the UK, including overnight stays and out‑of‑hours work as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• City & Guilds Inspection and Testing 2391/2392.
• City & Guilds 2382 – 18 18th Edition Course (training provided).
• ECS Gold Card.
• Experience inspecting commercial installations and working across banking, leisure and retail sectors.
• Excellent written presentation skills.
• Demonstrable history of completing electrical inspections with fast, high‑quality turnaround.
