The successful candidate will have a positive approach to working with children by providing general support in relation to the child’s individuals’ care, health and wellbeing and safety; to ensure a secure and safe learning environment. The setting is open 50 week per year and staff working flexibly on a rota across the opening hours.The candidate should be solution focussed with an understanding of supporting pupils within an educational setting and how to foster positive relationships. Candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be required to work effectively as part of our ELC team to support the learning of the children.The successful candidate will bring a sound knowledge of early level play and development as well as a commitment to providing high quality learning experiences and interactions whilst effectively working as part of our nursery team to plan, evaluate and report on children’s progress.
