A prominent education technology firm in England is looking for a qualified finance professional to oversee financial reporting responsibilities. This role involves managing the group consolidation process, ensuring accurate reporting, and assisting with statutory reporting. RM operates through three divisions: Assessment (digital assessment and marking solutions), Technology (managed services, hardware, and software for schools), and TTS (educational resources).
The Group Finance team are responsible for reporting the results and financial position of the RM plc Group to the Executive Directors, the RM plc Board, Shareholders and other external bodies. In addition, the team is responsible for the Group’s tax position; providing financial control over the reporting of RM Education Ltd and RM plc companies; providing Group’s management accounts, including the preparation and oversight of Group budgets and forecasts; and managing the relationships with the Group’s auditors.
