The Role for you

We are currently seeking an In‑House Commercial / Property Litigation Solicitor to join our Manchester‑based legal team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing commercial and property‑related disputes, running your own caseload with a high degree of autonomy. You will instruct counsel and external solicitors as required, ensuring matters are handled efficiently and in line with commercial objectives. The role will involve advising property managers on a wide range of commercial and property disputes, providing practical and commercially focused legal guidance.

You will draft comprehensive written advice for the board, prepare correspondence and legal documentation, and undertake detailed legal drafting across a range of contentious matters. In addition, you will review contractual terms and conditions, offering strategic advice where appropriate, and advise on contractual disputes and proposed amendments. The role also includes supervising and supporting more junior members of the legal team, contributing to their development and maintaining high standards of legal output.
